Austrian Barbara has organization in her blood and eyes for detail embedded in her DNA! After studying Tourism Management she moved to Spain in 1998, living in Bilbao for a year prior to Barcelona. Before the foundation of Factor3 she worked for both a small incentive agency and a much larger DMC.

Pragmatic and realistic, Barbara tells it like it is and brings the kind of realism and order to a project that only tutonic blood can ! She is our safety net, through which nothing slips.

Barbara views every event as a challenge and is always looking for the most efficient solution for our clients ever evolving demands. Our expert in complex transport, multi-activity and dine-around logistics Barbara is fast on her feet, participating in a trail run in Ethiopia some years back and completing her first full marathon in Barcelona in 2019.
