Gramona is a family-run winery in the Penedés region of Catalonia, just 40 minutes outside Barcelona. The estate is made up of the organic farm, the new winery and the historic winery, where we are interviewing Roc Gramona, today.
It is a lovely space for group dinners up to 80 guests oozing a special rustic charm all of its own. The terrace outside makes for a perfect location for pre-dinner drinks.
Gramona has a strong environmental ethos, producing mainly biodynamic wines and cavas. The winery is also a member of the group of producers selling “corpinat”, a new denomination for cavas that are aged and made organically and sustainably.
