Case Study - The Logistical Challenge

The Challenge
2500 guests of The Ford Motor Company arriving into Barcelona and (in the most part) departing on the same day, after experiencing a multi-car launch executed by the London office of creative agency Imagination.

After winning the pitch for this competitive tender, Factor3 would have to deliver: a complex transportation structure, sticking to strict parameters and vehicle requirements; almost 200 staff to manage all aspects of the event including the airport, the main event in the CCIB, the coaches, 8 hotels; a few associated dinners; some entertainment.

The Experience
Crunch point came at 1600hrs and saw 47 coaches depart to 6 different destinations inside of a 30-minute window! We are pleased to say that not one person ended up in the wrong place. Our hand-picked staff, the greater Factor3 family, stood out in their blue branded fleeces with their smiling faces all around the city and made us proud of their unfailing dedication and efficiency. The various market and press dinners ran smoothly and we arranged for the dulcet tones of Hed Kandi´s Lovely Laura to be the supporting act to the new Mustang.

The Verdict
